Track Days
These are non-competitive events held at most tracks across the country. They allow drivers the opportunity to enjoy track driving without the financial overhead of actually competing.
Pros:
- Cheaper access costs
- No experience necessary (DVLA license required)
- Rules in place for safety
- Ability to carry passengers for instruction or pleasure
- Lots more track time available than testing
Cons:
- No timing permitted
- Large disparity in vehicle / driver performance

General Testing
These events are exclusive to Motorsport UK license holders in racing specification machinery with personal protective equipment in line with the national governing body standards.

- Restrictions on passenger (at some circuits, only ARDS Instructor Grade A)
- Limited number of days available
